    This Privacy Policy describes how the Mobelio Game application (“the App”)     collects and uses data. We value your privacy and are committed to transparency.  

1. Information we collect

    The App does not require account registration and does not collect personal information such as:     name, surname, email address, phone number, contacts, or messages.  

    The data collected by the App is related to analytics, crash reporting,     and advertising, through the following services:  

   
• Firebase Analytics — to understand how users interact with the App (usage statistics)
   
• Firebase Crashlytics — to detect crashes and improve stability
   
• Firebase Performance Monitoring — to monitor App performance and load times
   
• Firebase Remote Config — to deliver App configuration and content updates
   
• Google AdMob — to display advertisements within the App
 

    These services may collect certain non-personal, technical information, such as:  

   
• App version
   
• Device model and manufacturer
   
• Operating system version
   
• Language and region settings
   
• Diagnostic information (crash stack traces, performance-related events)
   
• Advertising identifier (e.g., Google Advertising ID / IDFA)
   
• Approximate IP-based location (country/region level, used by ad and analytics services)
   
• App interaction events (taps, screen views, session duration)
 

2. Advertising

    The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob and its mediation partners.     Ad providers may collect and use the advertising identifier and limited device information to:  

   
• Show ads (including personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your consent)
   
• Measure ad performance and prevent fraud
   
• Provide frequency capping
 

    On first launch (where required by law, such as in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), the App will show a     consent message allowing you to accept or reject personalized advertising. You can change your     advertising preferences at any time by resetting your advertising identifier in your device settings.

3. Location data

    The App does not collect or store precise GPS location.     Some third-party services (such as ad networks and analytics) may infer an approximate region from     your IP address for fraud prevention, ad delivery, and aggregated statistics. This data is not used     to identify you personally.  

4. How we use data

We use the collected data only for:

   
• Improving App performance and user experience
   
• Fixing crashes and technical issues
   
• Understanding general usage trends of App features
   
• Delivering and measuring advertisements
 

5. Data sharing

    We do not sell your data. Analytics, crash, performance, and advertising data may be processed by     the following service providers on our behalf:  

   
• Google LLC (Firebase, Google AdMob)
 

    These providers process the data in accordance with their own privacy policies.  

6. Data retention

    Analytics, crash logs, and advertising data are retained according to the default retention     settings of Firebase and Google AdMob. We do not store this data on our own servers outside of     these services.  

7. Your rights

    Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data associated with     you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us     using the email below.  

    You can also:  

   
• Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device’s privacy settings
   
• Opt out of personalized ads through your device settings or the in-app consent screen
 

8. Children’s privacy

    The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your     jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child     has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate     action.  

9. Security

    We rely on industry-standard safeguards provided by our service providers (Google Firebase and     Google AdMob) to protect the limited data described in this Policy. No method of transmission or     storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.  

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page     with an updated effective date.
