01Who we are
Mobelio (“we”, “us”, “our”) develops the Mobelio Game app for Android and iOS (the “App”) and operates this website (the “Site”). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
For anything related to privacy — questions, requests or complaints — write to us at mobeliogame@gmail.com.
02What this policy covers
This policy applies to the App as published on Google Play (package com.mobelio.game) and the App Store, and to the Site. It explains what information is processed when you use them, why, who we share it with and the choices you have.
The App and the Site link to third-party services, such as app stores and social networks. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
03Information we process
You never need an account
The App has no sign-up and no login. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, contacts, photos or messages, and the App does not request access to your location, camera, microphone or files.
Information you choose to send us
If you email us — directly or through the App’s feedback option, which opens your own email app — we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it only to answer you. The App’s in-game feedback rating records the mood and topic you pick, never the text you type.
Information stored on your device
Your game progress stays on your phone or tablet: levels and stars, scores, in-game coins, hints and lives, settings (sound, language, home layout, pinned games), your play statistics and timers for optional ad-free periods. Your advertising consent choices are stored on the device too. We do not receive a copy of this data.
Because it lives in the App’s private storage, it can be included in your device’s own backups (Android Backup or iCloud device backups) under Google’s or Apple’s terms. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data deletes it from the device.
Information collected automatically
When the device is online, the App and the partners listed below automatically collect:
- Device and app details — device model and manufacturer, operating system version, App version, language, time zone and approximate country or region (derived from your IP address or device settings).
- Identifiers — the device’s advertising identifier (the Android advertising ID; on iOS, the IDFA only if you allow tracking), the Firebase installation ID, vendor or app-set identifiers and your IP address.
- Usage events — which games and screens you open, levels started, won, failed or retried, hints and boosters used, buttons pressed, session length, consent choices, and ads shown together with the revenue they generate.
- Diagnostics — crash reports, error stack traces and performance measurements such as screen load times.
- Push token — a technical address that lets the App receive notifications, if you allow them.
The App does not assign you a user ID, and we do not combine this information with other sources to identify you by name.
04How we use information
- to run the games and keep your progress, settings and statistics on your device;
- to find and fix crashes, errors and slow screens;
- to understand, in aggregate, which games and levels are played and where players get stuck, so we can improve difficulty and add new content;
- to adjust game settings, ordering, events and difficulty remotely (Firebase Remote Config) without an App update;
- to show ads that keep the App free, to limit how often you see them and to measure their performance;
- to measure how our own advertising campaigns perform (for example, which campaign led to an install);
- to send push notifications you have allowed;
- to detect fraud and abuse, keep the App secure and comply with the law;
- to reply when you contact us.
05Advertising
The App is free and supported by ads. You may see banner ads, full-screen ads between levels, and optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch in exchange for extra hints, lives, a revive or a short ad-free period. There are no in-app purchases.
Ads are served by Google AdMob together with the mediation partners Liftoff Monetize (Vungle), Unity Ads, Mintegral and Meta Audience Network. To deliver an ad, these companies receive the advertising identifier, IP address, device information and how you interact with the ad. Depending on your consent and device settings, ads may be personalized to your interests or non-personalized (based only on context, such as the App and your approximate location).
We also use Meta App Events to understand how our own campaigns on Meta platforms perform. It is switched on where consent is not legally required, or when you have given consent, and it is switched off again if you withdraw consent.
06Consent and your choices
- Consent form (EEA, UK and Switzerland). On first launch, the App shows Google’s consent form (IAB Transparency & Consent Framework) so you can accept or refuse personalized ads and related processing. You can change your choice at any time in the App under Settings › Privacy › Privacy options.
- Tracking on iOS. The App asks for permission before using the IDFA. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, it is not shared. You can change this in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- Advertising ID on Android. You can delete or reset your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device’s Settings › Google › Ads (or Settings › Privacy › Ads, depending on the device).
- Notifications. The App asks before sending notifications. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.
- Leaderboards. You can sign out of Google Play Games or Game Center, or adjust their visibility, in those services’ own settings.
Analytics, crash reporting and performance monitoring are part of how we keep the App working and do not depend on the advertising consent choice. If you do not want them, you can reset your advertising ID and contact us to request deletion of associated data, or uninstall the App.
07Service providers and partners
We do not run our own servers for the App. The information described above is processed by the following companies, each under its own privacy policy:
| Provider | Purpose | Data involved | Policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase — Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging (Google LLC) | Usage statistics, crash and performance diagnostics, remote game configuration, push notifications | Device and app information, Firebase installation ID, advertising ID (Android), app events, crash traces, push token, IP address | Firebase privacy |
| Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform (Google LLC) | Serving and measuring ads, mediation, consent collection | Advertising ID, IP address, device information, ad interactions, consent choices | How Google uses data from apps |
| Liftoff Monetize / Vungle (Liftoff Mobile, Inc.) | Ad delivery through AdMob mediation | Advertising ID, IP address, device information, ad interactions | Liftoff privacy policy |
| Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) | Ad delivery through AdMob mediation | Advertising ID, IP address, device information, ad interactions | Unity player privacy policy |
| Mintegral | Ad delivery through AdMob mediation | Advertising ID, IP address, device information, ad interactions | Mintegral privacy policy |
| Meta Audience Network and Meta App Events (Meta Platforms, Inc.) | Ad delivery through AdMob mediation; measuring our own ad campaigns (installs and app activity) | Advertising ID, IP address, device information, app events, ad interactions | Meta privacy policy |
| Google Play Games Services (Android) and Apple Game Center (iOS) | Leaderboards and achievements | Your Play Games or Game Center profile, scores and achievements | Google privacy policy |
Apple’s handling of Game Center, push notifications and App Store reviews is described in the Apple Privacy Policy. App ratings requested inside the App are handled by Google Play or the App Store.
08Leaderboards, achievements and notifications
On Android, the App signs in to Google Play Games when it is available on your device so your scores and achievements can be recorded; on iOS it uses Game Center. Your gamer profile, scores and achievements are shared with Google or Apple and are visible to others according to your settings in those services. We do not receive your email address from either service.
Push notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging and, on iOS, the Apple Push Notification service. We use them occasionally, for example to announce new games.
09Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
- Consent — personalized advertising, related ad measurement, Meta App Events where consent is required, and push notifications. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
- Legitimate interests — analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, remote configuration, non-personalized ads, fraud prevention and security. We balance these against your rights, and you may object (see Your rights).
- Performance of a contract — providing the App features you use, such as leaderboards.
- Legal obligation — where we must keep or disclose information by law.
11International transfers
Our providers process data in the United States and other countries that may not offer the same level of protection as your own. Where required, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
12How long information is kept
- On-device data is kept until you delete it, clear the App’s data or uninstall the App.
- Information held by our providers is kept for the periods set in their services — for example, Firebase Crashlytics keeps crash reports for 90 days — and then deleted or anonymized.
- Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up.
13Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we process about you and receive a copy;
- correct inaccurate information;
- have information deleted;
- restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- opt out of targeted advertising, “sale” or “sharing” of personal information;
- not be treated differently for exercising these rights;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise a right, email mobeliogame@gmail.com. Because the App has no accounts, we may need your device’s advertising ID (found in your device settings) to locate data held by our providers. We will reply within the time required by law — usually within one month.
14Children
The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the law where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will delete it.
15Security
Information sent by the App travels over encrypted connections, and on-device data stays in the App’s private storage. We rely on the security measures of the providers listed above and limit what we collect in the first place. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
16This website
The Site has no accounts or forms. It loads the Google tag (Google Ads) to measure the performance of our advertising; it may set cookies and receive your IP address, browser details, the pages you visit and ad-click identifiers. You can manage cookies in your browser and Google’s ad personalization at My Ad Center.
Fonts and images are served from our own domain. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the Site secure and running. Optional sound effects and visual preferences are handled entirely in your browser, and a small cookie remembers the language you pick.
17Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App or the law changes. The effective date at the top always shows the latest version. If changes are significant, we will give notice in the App or on the Site.
