01Who we are

Mobelio is the name under which Zurab Kublashvili, an independent developer based in Tbilisi, Georgia (“we”, “us”), publishes the App. We offer the App as a trader, as part of our business.

02Accepting these Terms

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App and delete it from your device.

The App is meant for people aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please read these Terms with a parent or guardian.

03The App

The App is a collection of casual games you can play for free. We regularly add games and levels, and we may also change, rebalance or remove them.

The App runs on supported Android and iOS devices. Ads, leaderboards and some other features need an internet connection, and your mobile operator may charge you for the data.

04Ads and rewards

The App is free because it shows ads: banners, full-screen ads between games, and rewarded ads that you choose to watch. They are provided by Google AdMob and its partners, as described in the Privacy Policy. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first, and you can change your choice in the App’s settings.

Some extras, such as a break from ads or help in a game, can be unlocked by watching a rewarded ad. Rewards exist only in the App: they have no money value, can’t be exchanged, sold or transferred, and may expire or change.

We don’t control the content of ads, which come from other companies. If you tap an ad, the advertiser’s own terms and privacy policy apply to what happens next.

05Price and purchases

The App is free to download and to play. It has no paid features, subscriptions or in-app purchases.

If we add paid features in the future, we will show the price before you buy, the payment will be handled by Google Play or the App Store under their terms, and you will keep every right the law gives you, including any right to cancel.

06Your progress

Your levels, scores and settings are saved on your device. If you delete the App, clear its data, or lose or replace your device, your progress may be lost, and we can’t restore it. Leaderboards and achievements, if you use them, are kept by Google Play Games or Apple Game Center.

07Fair play

When you use the App, please don’t:

• cheat, or use bots, scripts, hacks or modified versions of the App;
• view or tap ads in an artificial way, or do anything else that creates fake ad activity;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the App or any part of it, except where the law allows it;
• get around the App’s security or ad features, or disrupt the App or the services it uses;
• use the App for anything unlawful.

If you break these rules, we may limit or stop your use of the App and remove scores that were achieved unfairly.

08Ownership and licence

The App and its games, characters, artwork, music, sounds and code belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. The Mobelio name and logo are ours too.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. All other rights are reserved.

09Stores and other services

You get the App from Google Play or the Apple App Store, whose terms also apply. The App uses services from Google and its partners (such as Firebase, AdMob and Google Play Games) and, on iPhone and iPad, Apple Game Center. Their own terms and policies apply to those services, and we are not responsible for them.

If you got the App from the App Store

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the App, such as product liability, legal compliance or intellectual-property claims. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

10Updates and availability

We work to keep the App running well, but we can’t promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of bugs. We release updates to fix problems, improve the App and keep it secure, and you may need the latest version to keep playing.

We may stop offering the App. If we do, we will try to tell you in advance in the App or on its store page.

11Our responsibility

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these Terms don’t limit. For example, in the EEA and the UK you are entitled to digital content that works as described. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where the law doesn’t allow it, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Beyond that, and as far as the law allows: the App is provided free of charge and “as is”; we are not responsible for losses we could not foresee, for lost progress, or for problems caused by your device, your internet connection, other companies’ services or ads; and because the App is for personal use only, we are not responsible for business losses.

12Ending these Terms

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your use of the App if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. The parts that by their nature should continue, such as ownership and our responsibility, stay in effect.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the App or the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page with a new date, and for important changes we will also tell you in the App or on its store page. If you keep using the App after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply; if you don’t agree with them, you can stop using the App.

14Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
